Kareema is Awesome with that beautiful smile and personality. She's always friendly and in a good mood. She wished me a happy birthday when most bankers don't pay attention to that and she told me don't forget to renew my license. That brightened my day! She's a great person. Kareema care about the customers need. She was able to cash a check from IRS that had a little ripped at the bottom. Another Wells Fargo location was not able to cash it because they stated it would not scanned. I knew they were able to cash it but they told me to call irs to ask them to reissue me another check. I went to this memorial drive location and Kareema scanned it and was able to cash it. Kareema is a professional skilled banker teller that cares for the customers. Thank you Kareema.

This bank is always so crowded and the people who work here are soooooo slow! But on a positive note atleast people are working!
