  Truist is extremely fortunate to have a Branch Leader as Liliana Soto!! I was looking for an immediate solution to a concern and Iliana stepped right up to assist me. Completely professionally throughout the encounter, listened to what I needed, reached out to her support team where needed due to new procedures with BB&T and Truist merging in October 2021. She was able to deliver 100% customer satisfaction!!!

  Two of the female bankers racially profiled me & had me in tears!!! Black women deserve better in 2022!! I made a deposit 2 months ago (cash) & because I wanted to withdraw a large amount, the lady looked at my skin tone & automatically told me my check isn’t cleared. Due to the fraud going on there, because I’m black they refused to give me my money & because my phone was dead I left to prove to them that it was cash & not a check on my mobile app, when I came back & proved to them indeed it was cash they were speechless & knew they were Wrong & gave me my money. The simple fact that they didn’t even try to look into my account first, instead I was being racially profiled because I’m a black women, going to a brach in Wellington! I accused them of being racist, they didn’t even really deny it, all they kept doing was blaming it on there system. If Your black, BE AWARE of the racial profiling that you WILL receive here at this branch

  I LOVE this location!! Richard & GiGi are my favorite!! We've been banking here for almost 4 years now and I don't think we will ever change again. We currently live in Loxahatchee and purposely drive all the way to this specific branch to handle our banking needs. Since COVID has struck the hours have changed and we are no longer allowed inside however with the amazing treatment we receive from this branch it doesn't bother us at all to wait in the drive through. Thank you for still working through this tough time!!!
