      This bank merged from BB&T a few weeks ago. I haven't been able to pay my mortgage and those who paid early don't have the payments posted. They closed the Woodruff branch and didn't tell us. We went there, the sign was down and the branch was vacant. So far I am not impressed. I've never seen a merger like this.

      I am not pleased with the Construction Department. I have had difficulties with inaccurate construction inspections, employees in the construction department refusing to communicate with my spouse who is over the project and is more knowledgeable; she works in the real estate industry. Additionally, there is lack of assistance with the new build platform, will not answer questions directly nor problem solve.
