A HOMETOWN BANK WITH BIG BANK SERVICES This bank is simply the best I have ever banked with. Laurie the bank manager has helped us with many of our banking needs. Customer service is the worst.. u can't get anyone on the phone at customer service.I held the phone for one hour and still no one responds to your call...I called into the branch and they are unable to accept a payment over the phone...the automated system tells you that your payment has been accepted...but in all actuality the system don't accept your payment...and then I get a notice in the mail that my payment is late with a 35.00 dollar charge...this bank is the worst!
