      I love this branch! Teresa always answers the phone quickly and is extremely helpful! I don't live close to this branch anymore, but I drive the distance because of the great customer service.

      I had been a SunTrust customer for over 20 years. I have to change banks now, I al so sick of Truist and SunTrust wasn't doing me too well before either. This particular branch made me wait 40 minutes while the customer service woman talked about her kids with a customer so I went to see a teller and had to leave, they couldn't help. This is after trying the downtown one and found they were closed and appt only but refused to answer the appt phone number. Now they issued an ATM that doesn't work saying I need to go into an office to get it fixed after 4 phone calls about this card. NOPE! I'm done. Closing that account and the rest of my account when I have some money come in. GOOD RIDDANCE
