      Person walking through the drive through window at the bank tied up for over 20 mins. Should have redirected them inside when their issue could not be resolved. Ridiculous to have the inside of bank closed except by appointment only and have only 1 drive through teller servicing 2 lanes! Wish I could have given no stars!!!!!
