      Simply fantastic staff! From the moment my business partner and I walked in to this branch, we felt welcomed and knew that we had made the right choice for our business banking partner. We had the pleasure of working with Mr Buffaloe, who was able to help us transact our business quickly and efficiently, and with patience and humour that made our visit to the bank a true pleasure. Experiences like this are uncommon enough these days that I felt it important to let others know of our positive experience and to convey our thanks to the pleasant and helpful staff at the branch.

      Visited twice and both times the security guard wore no mask. I emailed corporate and am still awaiting a response. The manager and banker would not let me withdraw from my own account. BB&T managed to give the poorest service I ever received at any establishment. The tellers are good.
