      I have been banking with BB&T for many years . The Staff is always very helpful and accurate . The Branch Manager and Every Staff Member provide Excellent Service . I Recommend this BB&T , they are like family .

      They didn't change their hours of operation when they decided to close on Saturdays. I went to the branch coz it says on their hours here on Google map that they're open 9am - 12nn on Saturdays and only to find out that they're closed.

      The new branch leader or a manager with Truist, Doesn’t even have the courtesy to speak with the customer and look into a merger issue. It is what it is. Do we blame the lack of customer service on Covid still?
