      I went to this bank for a notary for my I-9 for work. I went back to back days because the lady there I believe her name is Janette she has very short hair and looks a little spiked. She would not do my I-9 notary because she didn’t want to take the responsibility. I had to get this done because if I didn’t I would not be able to go to work the next due to policy. This was by far the most rude and incompetent person I have ever dealt with. I do not know truly why she refused to assist me on an issue she has been granted to do so. What’s the point of her being the notary person if she can’t do it? I went to the Suntrust bank at Bradlee shopping center and the notary person there did it for me in 5 mins. Makes me think this lady had personal hatred motives against assisting me. I will not come back to this bank and glad it is closing in a few months.
