      My wallet was stolen recently and I dont have my id or debit card. I needed to withdraw money and they Kindly let me withdraw some money by answering the security questions. I am moving in a few days and have packed up all of my food and have no hot foods to feed my child. I needed cash to pay bills and to feed my two year old and they helped me out so much. I went to the other BB&T by Southpark Mall and they refused to help me without my card or id.(I completely understand for safety and security.) I told them the other BB&T let me withdraw but they refused. I will miss this BB&T when I move but hope to have a great one in my new city. They have always been helpful and very kind!
