      I opened this account on May 5. I deposited an income tax check, a money order and a geico check returning my deductible. Income tax checks and money orders do not need 2 weeks to clear! It is now May 13. My funds were supposed to be available today. My balance says $0.00. Called customer service. Got someone in India who told me to "wait until monday to see if it shows up". I guess he doesn’t care because it’s not his money. They will need to return this money as I’m closing this account. Worst banking experience ever.

      They should really thing about hiring new staff for this branch The tellers expecially the ome with the lomg black hair she is the rudest person i have ever encountered in any bank ever i go out of my way to steer clear of her because i do not want to leav3 mad i have 2 accounts here and she acts like the money in this bank is hers very very very rude person i think she hates her job or even worse hates the customers who have to use this bank maybe both i have never seen her be kind to any customer sad
