      Stay away from this bank, I have been charged 4 overdraft fees when I’ve had a positive balance the entire time! They refuse to refund them because only one refund is allowed every two years by “policy”. Guess they can just steal 36 dollars whenever they want. What makes it even more funny is that when I opened an account, they made me sign a piece of paper stating my account wasn’t eligible for overdraft.

      I have banked at this branch for years now and have over ten accounts with them but my last two interactions with employees on the phone have been so bad. The staff on the phone sounds as though they just started yesterday and the ums are every other word followed by idk and not sure who you need to speak with. I have never experienced this at this branch before so I can only guess that is the new merger and they lost quality employees and filled the positions with bodies. Hope this isn’t the future of my banking experiences with Truist.
