      I have been at the banks for years and no issues but I am leaving 4stars cause the drive though is very slow so I think they need to hire more people. Every time I am the drive though it takes a very long time.

      I had a banking acct with BB&T and was able to sign in just fine online. Banking there was a cinch. Now that they are Truist, I cannot get signed in online, cannot reach anyone on the local line, and calling the 800 number is painful to even try to get a person. I went in person with my issue, they texted me a password reset code, I went home, tried it and it does not work. Still cannot get anyone to pick up at several locations or the 800 number. This system is trash.

      Don’t bank here unless you live nearby and can come in for all your banking needs. They don’t have enough staff to answer phones or respond to emails (even just to say Hi we will have the info you’re requesting as soon as we’re able).
