      Shelly Ali needs to get fired and replaced. She is a grumpy unprofessional person who will make sure others turn grumpy like her! She did the most by wasting my time, im glad i will never open an account with Truist because of Shelly's professionalism!! 😑

      Very understaffed (one teller working both walk-in and drive-thru customers) and hot inside. You'll be waiting ages on a random weekday afternoon just to make a simple deposit. I don't even blame those working here, this is on Truist. In fact the teller that helped me was very friendly. As everyone else in the reviews mentioned, it's time to switch banks.
