      While waiting in line for about an hour now, the main guy that’s behind the teller takes his time and gets attitude with customers frustrated at the wait, thennnn after about 45 min with one lady and the line is at about 8-9 people he takes a lunch break. Don’t know if he is the manager but they def need one with a little common sense and urgency.

      Suntrust, bb&t & Truist should close this location. How can you do something one week and not the following?? Are they not trained correctly. “ I don’t know how they did it.”Embarrassing. Gonna switch banks so I don’t deal with these clowns
