      I don't know what's wrong with these previous reviewers. I get in and out quickly just to pay a car note and there's normally one person in front of me or no line. They work fast too. As for the understaffed, the staff is being reduced due to Covid! Think! I understand why. You lost your 5th star because y'all need to update your operation hours and I came at about noon on a weekday and y'all was closed.
