      I opened an account with this Branch 3 years ago, and I have changed my opinion on trusting Banks. I love having access to my money at any time, and knowing how much I have in the bank simply by clicking an app.

      Every time I go in to do something besides a simple transaction, Adam tries to sell me a bunch of services that I don't want. For instance, when I came in to open a savings account, he instead tried to talk me into taking out a loan or getting a credit card. He spent at least twice as much time trying to convince me to get something I didn't want as he did working on the task I came in to accomplish. That is just one instance of him doing that. Also, the bank is not open on Saturday, even though the Google hours state it is.

      Learn to update your hours with Google so I do not waste my God damn time coming up to a branch that is closed on Saturday. I'm sure one of the incompetent employees of this branch could manage such a simple task. Thanks for wasting my time.
