      Ms. Ortiz, the branch manager went above and beyond her normal duties in providing my wife and I the most outstanding personal service one rarely experiences in these most difficult times. Since my wife is disabled, Ms. Ortiz came to our car and went back and forth to inside the bank bringing the necessary papers allowing my wife to remain in our car while completing a most difficult set of documents. Ms. Ortiz exhibited compassion and respect which I have never experienced in my lifetime. She is a valuable asset to your firm and should be recognized as such.

      I was Racially profiled, I got there early to open up a account and a woman that was Approximately in her 40s and drives a silver minivan advised me I couldn’t be parked in front of the door and move my vehicle because they “ can’t have my vehicle in the front when they are opening AS A EMPLOYEE THAT WORKS THERE not a owner, the lady seemed very scared because of the color of my skin this is very bad business because she didn’t have any right to tell me to move because the whole Kroger parking lot is public property I could be parked there day and night until the police told me to leave.
