      Best bank in Texas! Love the customer service from branch manager David Koch and his incredible branch banker John Goyburu. Highly recommend this branch for anyone's banking needs.

      Unprepared employees. over 1 hour on the phone for anything you may need from them. I am cancelling my personal and business accounts with them. I definitely do not recommend banking with this bank.

      Stealing money from hard working people? Seriously? 2nd time you've placed a hold on my paycheck because you guys I guess don't have enough money. Once I get this money I am so done with you guys. Going to find someone else who knows what they're doing and isn't going to take money from me. I'm a single mom and I work very hard for my money and 4 have you guys to put my money on hold for no reason other than that you don't know what you're doing is ridiculous.
