      I have banked at this branch for over 20 years and I have never received anything but optimal service. They are beyond professional. They are kind and caring. Theresa has stood by through thick and thin.

      I’ve went into bank asking for best investment possible in lieu of little to nothing gained in our checking account. Toni talked with me and said she couldn’t offer anything better, BUT a VP Eric would contact me with best possible rates. He was on spring break with family and would contact me the following week, fair enough. She did offered/suggested a home equity loan. Really! No contact from Eric and Toni calls apologizing 3 WEEKS later. With well over 100K to invest, Truist has no interest in helping it’s patrons. I’m finding investments on my own. Suggest Middletown Valley Bank across the street and US Treasury I-Bonds. Very disappointed and will remove my money from them.

      Atrocious customer service by the branch manager herself, Toni. She should be demoted to teller until she goes to customer service 101. Honestly, one of the worst bank experiences I’ve ever had.
