      This is the worst BB&T.... One of the tellers has repeatedly messed up my accounts... Even telling the call center employees not to help (on a standard problem which the only problem was the teller not wanting the request fulfilled)... The manager Mike never answers his phone, will dodge customers by hiding in his office, and doesn't return calls. There is not an employee at this branch that deserves their job.
