      The worst service ever. One day they didn’t have temporary cards, today they didn’t have stamp.. Save your time and go somewhere else. They are very rude and disrespectful

      Today, April 15th, 2022 my wife and I are having a relaxing Saturday afternoon. We received a notice from a credit warning service informing us OUR TRUIST MORTGAGE BALANCE HAD INCREASED BY $6,934.80!!! The next line in the message, this probably will cause a decrease in our credit rating!! Our scores are excellent. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!! This is due to a $6,934.80 shortage in our escrow. We just had a $100+ increase in our mortgage payment on January first of 2022 due to an escrow shortage. Our homeowners policy increased only $105 from 2021 to 2022. Now barely 4 monthsinto the new year there is a $7,195 shortage. HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE. TRUIST CLAIMS NO EXTRA PAYMENT CAN OVER COME THE INCREASE!! We also learned our Money Market account became a checking account after the merger between SunTrust and BBT making Truist. We have a more than sufficient funds in there for it to be a Money Market.
