      Visited this branch to open a business account sat and waited without being greeted or attended to for 40 mins. I sat and watched people who came after me immediately greeted and assisted. I’ve been with this bank for 5 years and I will most definitely be taking my money elsewhere.

      Someone wrote me bad check. REGIONS closed my account without question. Told me they would mail my balance in 10 days. Took almost 3 weeks. Broke for 3 weeks. I was a customer for almost 10 years. I didn't do anything wrong. Will never use Regions again ! 😒
