If I could change banks I absolutely would. The lines are anywhere from 45mins to 1 hour and 30 mins of wait time. These have got to be the slowest durn bank EVERY!!! To be a federal credit union Bank out of ALL of them this is the WORST!! I can't wait to pay my loans off may try and do it early just so I won't have to deal with them anymore...SMH

This bank is terrible. I used the ATM after hours and deposited cash into the machine. The machine ate my card and my deposit never showed on my account. I had to call the branch, corporate, and the actual ATM machine company to try and get my money back. I still haven't received it yet. I have to wait 7 DAYS!!!!!!! My issue is not about the money. My issue is more about how my problem was NOT solved. The branch manager is rude and unprofessional. The Corporate office tells lies and they have no clue what they're doing. I've been a member for a long time but after this matter is resolved....I will be closing my account.
