      I have been banking with TruMark for almost 10 years but my grandfather joined when it was first founded by Bell Telephone members when he worked for them and it has taken me this long to finally write a review and for that I am sorry. TruMark and their employees are amazing and kind. Every time I have had an issue whether it is withdrawals, stolen cards, loans, and even general questions they have gone above and beyond to provide great service. I finally wrote this review because recently I was scammed by a clothing company and never received product and finally reached out to TruMark for help. Although I do not know which location she is at I hope she sees this, Suzy (hopefully it’s spelled right) worked with me over the phone twice and once while I was away on vacation to help me through the process of filing a dispute and making sure I did what I needed to on my end to ensure they had all the info they needed. Thanks to TruMark and Suzy they fought for me and I did receive all my money back when I’ve spoken to others who did not. That is why I will always trust in and continue banking with TruMark! Thank you Suzy! I will be following up with a phone call at lunch time to thank her personally!

      I use Trumark for my business and personal bank account. The staff does a terrific job especially Amanda who is always very pleasant and customer service oriented. Would recommend using Trumark to all my friends and family.

      Very shady credit union, I do not recommend. They will sneak in hidden fees EVERYWHERE. The interest rates are terrible. Not your typical credit union, I suggest American heritage or police and fire. Much more upfront with how things work to help you AVOID fees.
