      My loan servicer had me in a higher payment plan than I should have been in for years. When I called Trust Arrow they walked me through and showed me exactly what I qualified for, and how enrolling into a new plan would save me over $32,000. They told me I could try and enroll myself, but I did not have the time or attention to detail to spend the next 9 months to try in case I messed it up, so I asked their service to do it for me. Within 3 weeks, my loan payments went from over $300 to ZERO, and my balance is on the road to forgiveness. Yeah of course there is a fee for this service, but it’s guaranteed, and for it was priceless lol

      They scammed me. I generated a debt to income ratio report for my own information. I found out they never consolidated my student loans...I wasted so much money ...Please do not do business with them.
