      The problem is that there are three tellers open and only have one or two open with a line of eight plus people.

      Now I understand why such a bad review. I have been on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to speak to this branch and no one is answering. We are going from bad to worse and the worst thing is that we are not used to working without respect for the client. After not being able to talk on the phone, I arrived at the branch, with my appointment for 12:30 pm and 15 minutes later they have not attended me, much At least they have given me an explanation. Surely after reading this rewiev someone will respond here. I consider that it is not necessary to wait for the client to give a negative opinion and then come up with explanations that can perfectly be avoided. Thank you.
