Lack of communication. The worst company ever. They don’t care about the customers. If you want to buy a house, do not contact this place.

Mr. Mesa: You had your loan with another lender that denied you and for reasons of privacy we will not provide all the information. You contacted our office 1week ago and you explained the type of loan you wanted. You wanted to do a primary residence and the parties would actually not occupy the property and you were not willing to put down the funds needed for the down payment for an investment. Therefore we have a zero fraud tolerance policy and could not comply or accommodate you on your loan request. You never completed an actual application with us. Therefore your claims of our service are false. Your review of our company because we would not do the fraud you wanted will in no way tarnish our reputation. Thank your for taking the time to review our company all reviews are welcomed and responded.
