  The Regional Officer of Trustco called me early this morning about my concerns, which I had mentioned in my review last night. He had already quickly acted to address my concerns before contacting me. As a result, I have removed my original post about my experience at this branch earlier this week. The 5-stars are for his immediate attention to my concerns, as well as his understanding and professionalism during our conversation. I look forward to doing business with Trustco for many more years because they have been a great bank to work with over the years, and this is just another positive example of their great customer service. Many thanks to him!! (Google wouldn't allow me to totally remove my review, so I decided to delete my other comments and write these very positive ones.) I have now also received a very nice call from the Campbell Road Branch expressing their concern about what happened. All is now well. :-)

  Thieves! Make sure you double and triple check what you give and get back from this branch!!! If I could give this branch a 0 I would. My dad went in to deposit some checks and a money order to an account he and my mom are both on. He was given a lot of push back and they ultimately wanted both him and my mom there to do the very simple deposit. He asked for the checks and money order back and left. He went to another location where they deposited the checks for him with no issue. When he got home he realized something didn’t add up. He was missing $1000 from the total that was meant to be deposited. He went back to the Campbell Ave location he was at initially as they were the first set of ppl to handled the checks and money order. He asked them if they kept any of the checks or money order because he’s missing the $1000. The male worker (wearing a silver cross pendant) ended up pulling out the money order from a stack of papers and said “oh this must be it!” Can someone please tell me why a bank worker would keep someone’s money order? No other reason I can think of other than STEALING!!!!
