      During the holiday season and a personally stressful time for me I opened a power of attorney account for my very ill sister. The "new" assistant manager Megan in West Sand Lake branch helped me. She mentioned she was a little new with this type of account and would need to make calls to confirm her tasks. I am unable to recall the exact day but it was very near Christmas, she was incredibly professional explained every step, and why I would have to return with more documents, etc When you're experiencing a stressful situation it felt reassuring to be given clear and kind advice.
