  I called this morning to check and see if my stimulus check hit my checking account and the woman that answered the phone at this branch was very rude and i felt like she talked down to me like i was a 2nd class citizen. I have 6 children and me and my wife barely get by we really need that money and she made me feel as if she didnt care. She repeaded my SS# over the phone enough to where it could possibly be herd by someone else in the bank. She rush me off the phone told me i had .25 cents in my account and thats it good bye. Wow i feel ashamed i guess this women really made me feel like i didnt matter like i didnt mean anything to thier bank.

  Randomly had my account locked , when calling to find out I was harassed and attacked by some woman who lied to me saying she had been trying to call me for weeks about my address. Which is strange because Id been in contact via phone with my bank all month long & have been emailing her coworker flavia from trustco all month long as well & I have records of that. The lady on the phone then lies to me saying she doesn't have any email on file for me when I asked why she didn't just email me . Literally blatantly lied to me. After locking my account in the middle of a super stressful move, causing my direct deposit to get rejected and locking all my funds. She demanded I come in to have my own account unlocked after no fault of my own. Worst experience I've ever had with a bank which is sad because before this, you guys were the best company I've ever banked with by a landslide.
