The bank manager Katie sits at her desk and plays games on her phone. When asked about the status of a loan that was submitted 24 hours before, the application was still sitting on her desk. Unimpressed by the management of Trustco. Tellers are great people. Too bad they have such poor bosses.

The schaghticoke ny branch is absolutely deplorable! Numerous times my parents have either received the wrong amount of money as well as had mistakes on their account ... myself the branch manager Kate has been the most awful person! Worst customer service i have ever received and I work locally! Never go to a branch where Kate is the manager! I switched to the mechanicville branch and she got so spiteful that she put a note on my account that I was an unwanted customer!! Grow up! This is why you will drive the bank into the ground! Thank god for mark at the mechanicville branch! Absolutely the best customer service I have ever seen !
