  I’m a first time home buyer, and this was an amazing experience. Gina Sarwari was an extremely helpful throughout this process. She went above and beyond to make sure that we understood and were comfortable with the information that she gave us. Gina Sarwari really treated us like family, and made sure my wife and I felt comfortable through out the whole process. I would recommended this bank and especially Gina Sarwari’s services to anyone. Great Service and great bank!

  *STAY AWAY* I was looking to acquire a home equity loan for my parents from this branch. I dealt with the branch manager here, GINA SARWARI. We sent her all documents necessary which took a couple of days to get together. Gina was UNPROFESSIONAL from the start which I didn't mind as long as we could get the loan, but on our last call she became INCREDIBLY RUDE. I think she believed I was some sort of fraud trying to use my parents identity to get a loan which was not the case at all (although she never asked to meet or speak to my parents until our very last call). I handle all my parents financial dealings, I am basically their accountant. I would have gladly walked my parents into the bank and had them meet her in person if she had simply asked me to do so. On our last call OUT OF NOWHERE she proceeded to call myself and my parents the most difficult clients she has ever dealt with, although we provided her everything she asked for. When I tried to understand why she was so angry SHE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I never heard from her again. I have NEVER dealt with this level of unprofessionalism from a bank, let alone any other institution. I can't speak for Trustco as an entity but thanks to Gina, I will never do business with them again. I've heard they have high employee turnover at this branch and now I understand why. Thank you for wasting our time!
