      Buyer beware consumer alert , I was told I could fix my rate on my home equity loan and lock in my rate then when i get there I was told something different and there was no modification papers ready to sign . Robert was gone and was told i had to do a whole new loan in order to modify it . People do not believe them READ THE FINE PRINT . I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET ONE YR AT PROMO INTEREST RATE THEN THE LOAN ONLY GAVE 6 MONTHS!!! i ASK THE SUPERVISOR TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM AND GIVE ME THE RATE THAT ROBERT GAVE ME AND LOCKED IT AT , THEN I TOLD THAT HIS EMPLOYEE TOLD ME INCORRECT INFO. PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST TRUSTCO . They have not been trustworthy bank and I will be taking my business elsewhere .
