  Good rates, decent teller service, bad EVERYTHING else. A huge downgrade from Firefly. Terrible merger. The only reason I stick with them is sunken cost fallacy. Been banking here for over 20 years. Clinging to the false hope that it might get better at some point. It won't.

  I have been banking here literally since I was a child. In the last year every time I have to go and get something notarized I dread going. Joey is the one who I always get stuck with when I go in to get something notarized. He makes it extremely difficult, questions me and just makes my experience very uncomfortable. I think the branch needs to relook the notary process. If he does not want to notarize legal documents then maybe his status of being a notary should be taken away. There is one woman who helps me with it once at this location and she was so kind about it. Didn't even question me. She was just like "ok you sign and I sign". With Joey I have to explain myself and still get questioned why I need it done even though I give an explanation and even show directions of why I needed my documents notarized. Just highly disappointed in his service and he makes me dread going to this location. If you need to get something notarized I would advise going to a different location!
