      I read that no business should be given a 5 star rating as there is always room for improvement. I had to break this rule while rating TS bank. Since Nov, 2021 I've visited all 3 Council Bluffs locations of TS bank while setting up a personal IRA and personal checking. I can, without reservation, give a favorable review of each and every employee I've encountered. I found these people to be helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. One person, Megan B., stands out as an exemplary employee. Very knowledgeable and professional young woman. So far this bank has done exactly what they said they would. I look forward to a long relationship.

      Thank you for making my day with your incredible service and kindness. Here's why I give them 5 stars: I was short about $10 I needed to pay the DMV and knew I had change enough to not have to drive across town for cash, but did not feel right handing over that much change to the DMV workers and ruining their afternoons. I drove to 2 nearby banks: USBank and Avalia Bank who both turned me away, one didn't even welcome me into the lobby and made me communicate over an intercom. I was feeling pretty defeated. I drove to Hyvee per USBanks recommendation that there 'might' be a CoinStar machine I could use there and found TSBank had taken its place. They happily changed my coins for me into cash and made my entire day.
