      I worked with TSB Bank for my home loan and couldn't be happier with the way they handled it. As a result I moved all of my banking accounts to them. TSB still has the feel of a home town bank where they know you when you walk in the door. Great place.

      This bank screwed me over massively. Had everything approved and a closing date set, THEY ordered title work and made me put them on my insurance, then they backed out at the last minute, costing me THOUSANDS of dollars. Tom O'connor is a liar and not trustworthy, claimed he was a MAN OF HIS WORD, and wouldn't put anything in writing because he said we could TRUST him. We were up front with him about EVERYTHING, and when something came up we didn't know would have anything to do with the loan, he backed out, refusing to give us the opportunity to correct it, even though we did within 12 hours! If you do anything with this bank, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING RIGHT AWAY, or be screwed like we were. Will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK EVER. If I could give zero stars I would. VERY upset.
