  I absolutely LOVED working with Tu! He made the house buying process such a breeze, always had answers to my questions, and was always exact with what i needed to do so there wasn’t any confusion for me. I’ve heard some house buying headache stories from others, but i had just the opposite. Tu made everything as easy as possible, and it was really an awesome experience for me!

  Just completed my first home buying experience and utilizing a VA loan. Tu was without a doubt AMAZING in spelling everything out. From the paperwork and all the real estate jargon, to a complete breakdown of all my out of pocket costs and navigating through the VA loan process. Tu made himself available at any time, a huge plus since I was on travel and had to do EVERYTHING virtually or through a third party. His experience and calming demeanor was extremely beneficial and what could have been a hair pulling experience :) Thank you Tu!!!
