      We closed on our house in Youngsville in February this year, and I'm rather late in writing a review! Rye and his team were fabulous, especially considering it was the first time we'd sold one of our houses as a "FSBO". They all made the process painless, stress free and easy, and this is the second closing they've handled for us. We really appreciate all they did for us!

      Tuten Title asked me for a review. Here you go! Lindsey with Tuten Title hired my company, Top Echelon Investigation, to assist them with one of their files in March 2019. We completed the work same day and Lindsey praised us on how quickly we gathered the needed information. Tuten Title owed us roughly $275 for our services. Fast forward to March 2020, we have not received payment on this file. Tuten Title would not return our calls and when I was able to finally get in contact with Lindsey, I was asked to write off the invoice because they were not able to get payment from their client. I was told that I would need to attempt to collect the balance owed from their client, which I have never met or consulted. Personal emails sent directly to the owner of the business, Rye Tuten were also ignored. If you can not pay your bills, I understand, but do not order services and then ghost your vendors when they expect payment. As also a past client of Tuten Title, who we used to close on our home before the above situation arose, we did not hear from Tuten Title until the day of our home closing. They were sure eager that we cut them a check the same day for their services!
