      This is a great credit union for the most part, but they have a TERRIBLE technology/systems team. Anytime they do any updates to their online systems most members completely lose access to their accounts and then all of us have to spend so much time on hold to get someone to fix the account. This should not be happening, especially not more than once. They need to get rid of whoever is responsible for this and get a new team on it who can actually accomplish a systems update without almost everyone losing access to their accounts.
