      I've banked with Twinstar for many years & have never had a problem. Quite the opposite, they're always kind, friendly, we talk about our families. I got to know one teller quite well. Which I appreciated, the familiarity. My now adult children bank here, as well. My fiancé will be transferring all of his accts in the coming week. I look forward to his move bc this credit union offers the best interest rates in town. Without a doubt better than his current bank. I've also had car loans here. I just paid that in full. Process was a breeze & this week they'll release interest in collateral. I love this bank. Will continue to recommend.

      Customer service is horrible. Tellers roll their eyes at you and laugh when you don’t understand something. Manager isn’t much better.
