  In short, Tyson is everything one could hope for in a mortgage agent. Throughout both of our refinance processes, he struck the perfect balance of being quick to respond and full of helpful information, while never coming across as over-bearing or pushy. Over our many calls with Tyson, he has made us feel more like friends navigating the mortgage/refinance process together than simply clients to usher in one door and out the other.
