      HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!.. Angela has been the absolute worse loan officer I have ever worked with. The lack of communication on her end is horrible. I am now 3 days shy of being 3 weeks past the original closing date and she had dropped the ball tremendously. She promised a buyer down payment assistance then TWO DAYS before closing (3/18/22) she was told she didn’t qualify for assistance program. Something was worked out on the buyer’s behalf and agents behalf but we are still waiting on US Bank to complete their duties. I do not recommend using her services as a loan officer. I even contacted the regional manager Chris and still have no results. DO NOT RECOMMEND
