  My cousin and I went to do the auto refinance, but the lady who looks like an Indian (I think she is a manager) was very rude. Very less appreciation toward customers. She could have done better. I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but she definitely need to work on how she behave. This is 3-4 times I’ve encountered her this behavior. Very surprising at the beginning but not at all after 2-3 times. Other workers are pretty good!
