      Horrible experience and false information from one of banker in this branch. Please be aware. I went to this US Bank branch . I went there to open up a joint account. This banker called Ricky told me if I bring my business account there he'll give me line of credit. I told him that I haven't don't a lot of transaction with my business for the past two years but he said I guarantee the approval of it. He pulled my company credit and personal credit as well. So I counted on his word and made a contract on equipment. Then after 10 days of trying to reach him, calling him everyday to find out about the status of line of credit, one of his coworkers called an said we can't approve you for business line of credit because of not enough income to the business. I was stranded and encountered a financial damage because of this banker's empty promise.
