      Unusually authentic customer service! Early one morning, I'd accidentally left my atm card in the machine at their location. Realizing this later, I called them to see about retrieving it. They said they would hold it for me to come by later, and that being a Friday, they were open till 6PM that evening. I departed Culver City early, considering traffic... ,but soon realized it was going to be close, within minutes, of arriving by the 6PM deadline. Traffic built, and I arrived 2 minutes AFTER 6, UGH! Started to write a note asking them to hold on to my card till Monday, which I was planning to slip under the door. Suddenly the guy who'd helped me earlier on the phone came out of the bank and asked me if he could help me! I told him who I was and he instantly remembered me, and ran in and got my atm card! This was so nice! Kudos to these folks! Much appreciate this human touch. Thank you!

      I have taken off over draft two seperate times in 6 years to wake up today to find 2 overdraft fees totaling $76.00. The last two times they couldnt do anything and ofcourse this time they couldnt do anything as well. They usually tell you to call either two people customer service or the original branch you opened with. The person in front of you then helps with dialing the number and handing you the phone. Once you get through if your me they refuse to help or reverse anything, in six years 3 seperate times ive never been helped. IM SORRY US BANK IM GONE!
