      Thank you US Bank for waiving fees during our home loan and for waiting until after early pay off to let us know that we are stuck with annual fees 1% of open line of credit and can’t close zero balance account without penalty. Talking with 6 bankers Who said fee maybe reversed leading us to Tabitha, Who said finally no unless we carry a 25K balance again go back to platinum account. We have appreciated using Alberson’s branch, until now. This is not the five star service we were promised
