Pre-approval in 15 minutes, gets you through the entire process with flying colors and keeps you in the loop for a fast painless closing. Bob knows his stuff! If you are unsure about your financial situation, credit score or ability to secure a mortgage~Bob can help! Knowledgeable of a wide array of loan types, what they require and which kind will benefit YOU the most he makes a top priority. Mr.Siskoff is an honest, genuine hands down hardworking guy that always answers his calls, texts, emails (yes all 3) and keeps in touch making sure everything is always rolling. He explains any questions you might have and lays out all your options. Many loan originators will keep you in the dark, leading you to a loan that benefits them at your expense padding their pockets, getting kickbacks or puffing your loan with hidden fees. NOT BOB!
