      Went to a different location, it was closed before 4:30 on a Thursday, so went downtown location, the drive thru had all red lights there too! So, I thought, well, looks like lights are on, I pulled in close to East door, lady came to the door, looked at me, I put my window down, she locked it, went back inside quickly. Not very good customer service. A minute to say, we're closed would've meant great customer service! As a former cashier, I would've never done that to someone!
