      I went in to pay my mortgage and Laura Sanchez was the individual whom assisted me. She was a great help! She explained to me step-by-step how I can make an account online and pay my mortgage there rather than having to come in everytime to do it. I had no clue and I've been going in the last 9 months doing this! She gave me her name and number in case I had any questions later. I was so grateful for her help.

      Basic politeness absent. The 800 on line pe0ple can give you some help if Roberta Busselman is asleep at the switch. Bisselman likes to saaatage customers with better Life styles and banking experiences then she could ever provide. Roberta wanted to sabotage my good account and block wire in deposits I had coming in fom investments she will Never have! She is incompetent half the time not in the bank. Lazy and jealous of Successsful customers. The bank and Drive thtouhh in blair is mosty empty and I am sure she likes being lazy. SHE IS INCOMPETENT AND DIS HONEST. AWFUL

      I went in to cash a check for $110. They were going to charge me $7 to cash the check. It was a personal check. I would never open a personal account there because I wouldn’t want anyone cashing my check to be charged. What a terrible policy. Say it takes them 5 minutes for the teller to cash my check. That means they are getting $84/hr to cash checks.
